Over more than three decades after the implementation of the Guidance Plan in the rural areas of the country and gaining experience, it is necessary to know what implications the implementation of these projects has had for the country's rural population. This study evaluates the satisfaction of rural people and villagers with the results of Rural Guidance Plans that is occurring in the county of Khaf. The research method of the study is an analysis-description of the bulk of the data based on field studies, using a questionnaire with a sample size of 253 subjects in 10 rural settlements that have passed 10 years since the implementation of the Guidance Plan began. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, its reliability by performing a pre-test data analysis, and the alpha coefficient of the questionnaire (0.850) was approved. The research findings show that the land use pattern proposed in Guidance Plans meet the needs of rural communities. The t-statistic was consistent with the physical needs of the body for the village, i.e. equal 15.153. So, with regard to the underlying physical parameters, it can be claimed at a confidence of 95% that most villagers are satisfied with the implementation plan for the proposed land use. In contrast, the value of t-statistics for the social indicators was equal to -3.344, indicating that little attention has been so far paid to the social indicators in devising guidance plans in this area. This is why people have the lowest levels of satisfaction in this respect.
