Abstract

Introduction

In the city of Zahedan, due to the excessive growth and expansion of the population in recent years, especially the young population, most of the per capita users do not have the standard per capita, and this has a negative effect on the urban vitality. The percentage and per capita of sports use in Zahedan city is equal to 1.71 and also the distribution of sports spaces in Zahedan city based on functional radius (access) has not been suitable so that most of these uses are distributed in the south and west. ‌And and northeast is unbalanced. On the other hand, the proper distribution and diversity of sports in Zahedan city can increase the power of choice, increase the desirability of urban life, and the comfort and well-being of the residents. Therefore, due to the fact that the appropriateness of the uses and their desirable neighborhood seems to be necessary, in the research, the qualitative location selection of the sports uses in Zahedan city is analyzed and investigated according to the location indicators. takes According to the purpose and necessity of the research, the research questions are as follows:

1-What is the current status of the location indicators for sports uses in Zahedan?

2- Is there a difference in the location selection of sports facilities in Zahedan based on location criteria?

Research Methodology

This research is practical in terms of analytical-descriptive method and in terms of purpose. In this way, by referring to the relevant organizations, written library resources, all information and documents related to sports use will be collected and compiled. The statistical population of the research is Zahedan sports complex. which has been investigated on a case-by-case basis due to the limited number of sports complexes. In the current research, the findings have been analyzed in two ways as follows.

1-Based on the available documents, documents, map and information of the relevant organizations, the distribution of sports activities (according to the map) and the lack of sports usage in Zahedan city have been investigated. 2-To investigate the location of urban spaces, in this research, using the Mabak model and based on the five criteria of proximity, accessibility, safety, comfort and topography; Zahedan sports complexes were prioritized and ranked.

Results and discussion

Among the indicators of sport uses in Zahedan city, distance from industrial centers with final weight of 0.045, fault with 0.044, covering space with 0.042, access to main roads with 0.041, presence of distance With other land uses with 0.040, crowded areas with 0.038 and finally the slope of the land with 0.037 respectively in the first to seventh ranks and at a completely favorable level. On the other hand, the distance from restoration lands with the final weight 0.020, existence of highways with 0.020, proximity to religious centers with 0.019, proximity to the terminal with 0.019, presence of desirable crossings with 0.019, safe access for disabled and elderly people with 0.018 And the safe and safe sidewalks with a final weight of 0.018 are ranked 29 to 35, respectively, and are at a completely unfavorable level.

The results of Mabak's decision-making model show that Imam Ali sports complex is in the first place with a value of -33.600, Kausar sports complex is in the second place with a value of -33.608, Moin sports hall is in the third place with a value of -33.641 Shahid Kargaran Sports Hall is in fourth place with -33/642 and Shahid Beheshti Sports Complex is in fifth place with -33/17655. On the other hand, Shirabad Hall is in 20th place with -34/365 and Karimabad Hall is in 20th place with -34/428 It is ranked last.

Conclusion

In the city of Zahedan, as in many cities of Iran, the uneven distribution of uses, including sports uses, leads to the benefit of some strata in the first and second zones of Zahedan city, which has more facilities than other areas. In fact, areas one and two of Zahedan city are in a good condition in terms of recreational uses, such as Imam Ali sports complex, Kausar sports complex, Moin sports hall, Kargaren sports complex, Shahid Beheshti sports hall, etc. On the other hand, region 4 of Zahedan city is lagging behind in terms of sports uses, with its worn-out and marginalized texture, and Shirabad and Karimabad are clear examples of this. Definitely, this distinction between regions in terms of sports causes social inequality and some people's access to these uses. For example, seven years have passed since the beginning of the reconstruction of the sports complex on 17 Shahrivar; However, its construction is still not finished and the intensity of sports exercises and competitions has decreased. According to the officials of Zahedan city, the lack of funds has caused the city of Zahedan to lag behind in sports projects. Either the Shirabad and Karimabad gyms are faced with a severe lack of facilities. In appearance, they play the role of sports gyms, but they are deprived of many sports standards. In such a way that Karimabad neighborhood may be deprived in terms of material and facilities compared to some other neighborhoods of the city, but in terms of active and cultured human resources and the existence of potential and actual talents in sports activities, Karimabad neighborhood can be considered as one of the It is mentioned as one of the most advanced civil areas of the city, but at the same time, it faces a severe lack of sports facilities.
