To monitor draughts and to determine their extent and indices, meteorological data, such as those obtained from precipitation, can be of use. In the absence of these data, techniques of remote sensing are useful tools in monitoring droughts. The city of Yazd located in the central plateau of Iran is surrounded by deserts, and the deserts have a great impact on the occurrence of severe droughts in the region. The present study is based on the data obtained from 25 synoptic stations in Yazd province within a 20-year period (1990-2010) to determine the weather SPI and the RDI index in long series in 3, 6 and 18 months. For this purpose, satellite images were used in the form of bands of MODIS images from 2000 to 2010 to assess the remote sensing parameters of VCI and LST. After interpolation of the meteorological indices, the correlation between them was investigated. As the results show, the correlation was relatively low. Therefore, to verify the initial results, the calculation of the correlation indicates was repeated using the station points. The final results showed a good correlation so as for SPI and VCI to be found approximately 0.5 to 61.3 % and for RDI and LST to be between 25.7 and 82.1 respectively. Based on the results, distance sensing indices can be appropriate alternatives for meteorological indices in drought studies.}, keywords = {Arid lands,Drought,Satellite data,MODIS,Yazd}, title_fa = {ارزیابی شاخص‌های خشکسالی هواشناسی و شاخص‌های خشکسالی مبتنی بر داده‌های سنجش از دور}, abstract_fa = {خشکسالی به عنوان پدیده‌ای طبیعی واجتناب‏ناپذیر، در مناطق مختلف اقلیمی، به ویژه  مناطق خشک به فراوانی رخ میدهد.برای تعیین شدت و وسعت خشکسالی از شاخصهای خشکسالی استفاده میشود که به طور مستقیم از دادههای هواشناسی از جمله بارندگی محاسبه میشوند. در نبود دادههای مذکور، فنآوری سنجش از دور، ابزاری مفید در پایش خشکسالی به شمار میرود. استان یزد با قرار گرفتن در فلات مرکزی ایران و محاصره شدن به وسیله کویرها و بیابانهای مرکزی، تاثیر زیادیبر تشدید و وقوع خشکسالی دراین منطقه دارد. در این تحقیق بر اساس دادههای 25 ایستگاه سینوپتیک استان یزد طی دوره آماری20 ساله (1990-2010) به محاسبه شاخصهای هواشناسیSPI و RDI در سری زمانی 3، 6 و 18 ماهه و با کمک تصاویر ماهوارهای سنجنده مودیس که از سال 2000 تا 2010 دریافت شد. به محاسبه شاخصهای سنجش از دوری VCIو LST پرداخته شد و پس از درونیابی شاخصهای هواشناسی به بررسی همبستگی بین آنها پرداخته شد. نتایج نشاندهنده همبستگی نسبتا پایین شاخصها بود به تکرار محاسبه همبستگی با کمک دادههای نقطهای ایستگاهها پرداخته شد که نتایج نهایی حاکی از همبستگی مناسب بین شاخصهاست، به طوری که SPI وVCIدر حدود 5/0 تا 3/61 درصد و LST وRDI بین 7/25 تا 1/82 به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده شاخصهای سنجش از دوری جایگزین مناسبی برای شاخصهای هواشناسی در مطالعات مربوط به خشکسالی هستند.}, keywords_fa = {مناطق خشک,خشکسالی,تصاویر ماهواره‌ای,مودیس,یزد}, url = {https://grd.yazd.ac.ir/article_829.html}, eprint = {https://grd.yazd.ac.ir/article_829_689befe40eb4d955058c7c0912f13ffb.pdf} }
