To address these challenges, concepts such as space justice aimed at reducing inequalities have entered urban planning issues. Based on this approach, justice has spatial-geographic dimension, so one can use a spatial approach to detect infertility in the city. The present study is aimed to study the distribution of facilities and services in the metropolitan areas of Mashhad. This study is descriptive and objective in terms of purpose. To conduct research, 13 user services were selected by the city of Mashhad and then sorted and classified using the GIS and spreadsheet software (EXCEL); the indicators were studied using The "Shannon Entropy" method is weighted and is ranked using multi-criteria decision-making models (WASPAS, WSA, SAW); then, to integrate the techniques from a consolidated model KANDREST. According to the output of the models and techniques of the regions are in different ranks. Finally, according to the Canadian integration technique, it was found that the seven regions with the score of 12, not with the score of 10 and the ten with the score of 8 in the most stable conditions, and the regions 13, 11, 2 in the moderate situation, and the areas of 8, 6, 4, 5, 1, 2, 3 have been placed in the most unstable conditions in terms of urban service indicators. It is noteworthy that in all models 7th region in the best and highest and in the region 5 are in the worst and lowest rank.}, keywords = {Spatial Justice,Inequality,MCDM,Urban Services,Urban Polygamy}, title_fa = {پایش فضای شهری با رویکرد عدالت فضایی (پژوهش موردی: مناطق 13 گانه کلانشهر مشهد)}, abstract_fa = {شهر همواره با چالشهای بسیاری از جمله نابرابری و بیعدالتی روبرو است که برای رفع این چالشها، مفاهیمی چون عدالت فضایی با هدف کاهش نابرابریها وارد مباحث برنامهریزی شهری شد. بر مبنای این رویکرد، عدالت بعد فضایی- جغرافیایی دارد، بنابراین میتوان از یک نگرش فضایی به منظور تشخیص بی‌عدالتی در شهر استفاده کرد. پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه پراکنش امکانات و خدمات شهری در سطح مناطق کلانشهر مشهد میپردازد.این مطالعه برحسب روش، توصیفی-کاربردی است. برای انجام پژوهش، کاربری‌های خدماتی 13 گانه شهر مشهد انتخاب گردیده، سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) و صفحه گستر (EXCEL) مرتب و دستهبندی شدهاند؛ شاخصهای مورد مطالعه با استفاده از روش «آنتروپی شانون» وزندهی شدهاند و با بهرهگیری از مدل‌های تصمیمگیری چند معیاره (WASPAS, WSA, SAW) رتبهبندی شدهاند؛ سپس برای ادغام تکنیک‌ها از یک مدل تلفیقی (KANDREST) بهره گرفته شده است. با توجه به خروجی مدلها و تکنیکهای مناطق در رتبههای مختلف قرار گرفتهاند. در نهایت با توجه به تکنیک ادغام کاندرست مشخص شد که مناطق هفت با امتیاز (12)، نه با امتیاز (10) و منطقه ده با امتیاز (8) در پایدارترین شرایط و مناطق 13، 11، 2 در وضعیت متوسط و مناطق 8، 6، 4، 5، 1، 2، 3 در ناپایدارترین شرایط از لحاظ شاخصهای خدمات شهری قرار گرفتهاند، نکتهی قابل توجه اینکه در تمامی مدلهای به کار گرفته شده منطقه 7 در بهترین و بالاترین رتبه و منطقه 5 در بدترین و پایینترین رتبه قرار گرفتهاند. این شرایط که نابرابری فضایی فاحشی را در مناطق کلانشهر مشهد نشان میدهد مستلزم نگاه ویژه مدیران و مسئولین شهری جهت فراهم زیرساختها و خدمات در مناطق ناپایدار است.}, keywords_fa = {عدالت فضایی,نابرابری,MCDM,خدمات شهری,کلانشهرمشهد}, url = {https://grd.yazd.ac.ir/article_1478.html}, eprint = {https://grd.yazd.ac.ir/article_1478_c55dd1674f891830d34a4b7830752638.pdf} }
